TriNoma Clark Airport Lounge | Travel Hassle-Free!
I have a love-hate relationship with this certain rule in airports/carriers wherein you are needed to check-in 2 hours before your flight schedule (except of course when you go for web check-in). Now my 'hatred' for that rule would of course be rooted from the fact that if I do arrive early, I'd be so bored out of my wits while I wait for boarding time.
But here's good news to those who are travelling through Clark! Connected to how efforts of boosting the tourism in our country, the Ayala Malls partnered up with the Department of Tourism to open the TriNoma Clark Airport Lounge! The first offsite passenger lounge for Metro Manila's Diosdado Macapagal International Airport.
Launched just last January 15, the TriNoma Clark Airport Lounge is OPEN 24 HOURS DAILY aand is conveniently situated inside the mall. So passengers may opt to park or be dropped off at TriNoma to lounge, shop, watch a movie, dine, or whatnot as they wait for a bus that would transfer them to DMIA. Clearly, this lounge ensures travel comfort for travelers given their fully-furnished amenities that include spacious waiting area, secured luggage counter, regular round trip bus services and real-time flight status updates... and more!
The bus service from TriNoma to Diosdado Macapagal International Airport (DMIA) is services by the Genesis, Philtranco, and Victory Liner Group. More to note is that the passengers of these airlines: Air Asia Berhad, Air Asia Philippines, Airphil Express, Asiana Airlines, Cebu Pacific, DragonAir, Jin Air, Seair, and Zest Air are the ones that this said lounge will cater to.
The launch and ribbon-cutting ceremony last January 15 was headed by House Speaker Feliciano Belmonte Jr., BCDA President/CEO Atty. Arnel Paciano Casanova, DOTC Undersecretary Jose Perpetuo Lotilla, CIAC President/CEO Victor Jose Luciano, Ayala Land AVP for Operations Javier Hernandez and Trinoma General Manager Mark Anthony Sablan. Along with them were other VIPs and executives from the airline groups and partner bus companies.
At the end of the event, a raffle was held as Air Asia gave 2 round trip tickets to 3 lucky winners! (To Singapore, Taipei, and HongKong!)
So next time you plan for your travel and wanderlust sprees, why not opt to go through DMIA? (Especially when you're in the North area!) So you can experience the TriNoma Clark Airport Lounge. This is located at the Ground Level between Mercury Drug and Medical City.

I saw this in the news. What a great convenience the Trinoma Lounge will be for travelers. You're right, waiting at the airport can be exhausting.
Good effort to further boost tourism. I hate waiting for long hours too so yay for this lounge!
That's great news for travelers with short attention spans like myself. I get bored out of my wits too, especially when I travel with my daughter.
